Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, economic, and social megatrends to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum-resistant security and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market demands
- Produce strategic whitepapers on AI ethics, neurotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify paradigm-shifting startups and technologies
- Design resilience protocols for supply chain and workforce automation transitions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, biotech, climate tech, or AI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Scenario Planning methodologies
