Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year vision
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional global teams
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
