Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology vision roadmap spanning AI, synthetic biology, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for exponential technology deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to shape future research agendas
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation team
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with exponential impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience working with global regulatory bodies on tech ethics
- Prior startup or scale-up experience in disruptive tech sectors
