Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and commercialization teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate and host global futurist forums with industry thought leaders
- Design speculative prototypes for 2026 human-AI collaboration scenarios
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for emerging exponential technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for near-future commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology convergence (provide portfolio)
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains: quantum, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market impact
- Deep understanding of socio-technical systems and unintended consequences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within global futurist and tech innovation communities
