Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence in healthcare and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional think tanks on ethical AI governance and digital sovereignty frameworks
- Prototype next-gen interfaces for human-machine symbiosis using AR/VR/metaverse technologies
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, SpaceX, and WHO for future-critical initiatives
- Author white papers on decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and their societal impact
- Direct $50M+ innovation fund for 2026-2030 emerging tech ventures
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum ethics through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Future Studies, or Systems Innovation (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI alignment or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to global implementation
- Expertise in blockchain governance models and decentralized infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and policy implications for emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Fluency in futurist methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Experience securing federal grants for R&D initiatives (SBIR/STTR)
