Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and lead the technical strategy for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on the integration of AI and quantum systems.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to prototype next-generation software and hardware interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud architectures ensuring zero downtime and maximum scalability.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
