Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines for real-time inference.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs).
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency for edge devices.
- Establish MLOps best practices and CI/CD workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
