Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead moonshot initiatives in AI ethics, quantum adoption, and synthetic biology
- Partner with C-suite to future-proof business models and operations
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists and tech pioneers
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to validate futuristic concepts
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotech
- Published futurist or thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
