Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to forecast disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for exponential growth in emerging sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for senior stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tracking innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Certification in futures research or innovation management preferred
- Demonstrated success influencing C-level decision-making
