Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate forward-thinking strategies into corporate vision
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, sustainability, and emerging markets
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish FutureHorizon as a thought leader through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry forums
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to market-ready implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, climate tech, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
