Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market research and scenario planning

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
