Responsibilities
- Develop predictive strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-state business models
- Author quarterly trend briefings identifying emerging technologies with $1B+ market disruption potential
- Design and implement scenario-planning models for geopolitical, regulatory, and technological black swan events
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 strategic innovation initiatives with $50M+ combined budgets
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or MBA with specialization in innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Miro
- CFP (Certified Foresight Professional) or similar foresight certification preferred
