Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms post-2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation vectors
- Architect 'Future Labs' incubating prototype solutions for 2030+ challenges
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and investor communities
- Partner with R&D to prioritize R&D investments in exponential growth areas
- Author thought leadership publications on future economic models and workforce evolution
- Establish KPIs measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness across divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
