Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ technology trends across AI, quantum, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze global socio-economic shifts to identify market opportunities
- Design and implement foresight methodologies for the organization
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic innovation
