Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Author thought leadership on emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Establish cross-industry alliances with futurists, academics, and startups
- Translate complex future projections into actionable investment and R&D priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technological trajectories
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Executive-level presentation and storytelling abilities
- Published work or speaking engagements on future trends
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Economics, or Futures Studies
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
