- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders through immersive storytelling and data visualization
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Curate and manage an innovation pipeline with rigorous risk/reward assessment frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with proven impact on product development
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, S-curves)
- Portfolio of delivered future-oriented initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Lean Startup methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable plans
- Experience with scenario planning tools and future-state visualization platforms
