Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for product development and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Present trend-driven insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research or thought leadership on future trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
