- Produce trend reports and white papers on AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate tech disruption
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies on future-tech policy
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps aligned with business KPIs
- Mentor junior futurists and champion human-centered design principles in innovation processes
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends (e.g., published research or patents in emerging fields)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic innovation methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
