Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, economics, and social dynamics to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives to navigate uncertainty
- Lead innovation sprints translating foresight into product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' report consumed by Fortune 500 partners
- Design and deliver strategic workshops for client executive teams
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Prior experience with AI/ML impact assessment and ethical tech governance
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-to-market initiatives
