- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestone targets
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and R&D hubs to accelerate innovation pipelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year future scenarios
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
