Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 2026+ market impact (quantifiable results)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech integration
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Experience managing cross-cultural, distributed teams across global innovation hubs
