Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 scenario models for technological, social, and economic disruption
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year impact
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile futures
- Produce executive-level foresight briefings and trend impact assessments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future literacy across departments
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through data-driven scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
