- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for geopolitical and market transformations
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs prototyping 2026-viable products and services
- Deliver thought leadership at global forums shaping industry discourse on the future of work
- Mentor emerging futurists and build a culture of anticipatory intelligence across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related technical field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record developing future-proof business models and innovation frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills translating complex futures into executive insights
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at Davos, CES, or equivalent forums
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
