Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) for potential integration into our core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on future trends, providing thought leadership to stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and pilot programs to validate new technologies.
- Develop and mentor a team of technical leads and architects focused on long-term innovation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical consulting with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies for major organizations.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and large-scale project lifecycles.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
