- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging paradigms in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized networks
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 partners
- Curate annual 'Future State' symposiums featuring Nobel laureates and industry disruptors
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for AI and autonomous decision systems
- Drive patent portfolios in exponential technologies with 20+ annual filings
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Emerging Technologies
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ years in exponential technologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching products with exponential growth curves
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, or climate tech
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact through strategic foresight
