Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and global megatrends to inform strategic planning for 2026+
- Develop and present future scenarios to executive leadership, translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on innovation priorities and market positioning
- Identify and assess high-growth opportunities across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging sectors
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight framework with quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking methodologies
