Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends in biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure
- Produce executive-grade trend briefings and impact assessments for board-level stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-focused research
- Design and implement organizational adaptation strategies for emerging regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical techniques and communication of complex concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals (required)
