Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' strategic frameworks and innovation blueprints
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into measurable KPIs and investment priorities
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3, climate tech
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
