- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities across 15+ industries
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 benchmarks
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and societal transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP from APF preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
