As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll pioneer research in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, sustainable tech, and human-machine augmentation, ensuring our innovation pipeline remains 5 years ahead of market trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Present futuristic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on next-generation disruption
- Oversee pilot programs for prototype technologies with 5+ year commercialization horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies ahead of market adoption
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published thought leader with demonstrated influence in innovation communities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D teams of 50+
