- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive a culture of innovation through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
