Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry evolution and competitive landscapes
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market conditions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-focused strategies into organizational DNA
- Research and analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial applications
- Create thought leadership content and present future-vision to key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) or innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of sustainability, AI ethics, and human-centric design principles
