Responsibilities
- Analyze convergence patterns in AI, biotech, and space exploration to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and resource scarcity solutions
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'future sprints' with engineers, ethicists, and policy experts
- Produce strategic white papers on decentralized governance models for Web3 ecosystems
- Design ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis in workforce transformation
- Partner with venture capital teams to incubate exponential ventures
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or venture-backed startups
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling or Scenario Planning
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact through future-oriented initiatives
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to global implementation
