Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and measure impact against 2026 milestones
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of scaling from concept to market-ready solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major transformational initiatives
- Experience leading remote global innovation teams
