Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing technological, economic, and societal trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate future disruptions and opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of technological disruption patterns
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic initiatives
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizons scanning, Delphi method)
