Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Design and execute future-state workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging paradigms
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and market simulations
- Advose on innovation portfolio allocation for 2026-2030 horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented research or thought leadership
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
