- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026 adoption curves
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future-readiness metrics
- Drive internal culture initiatives to align organization with 2026 workforce evolution
- Maintain ecosystem of futurist advisors across academia and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Certification in futures studies or equivalent advanced degree in relevant field
