Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on emerging technologies' societal impacts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting long-term technology adoption
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
