Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Quantify future market potential through data modeling and trend forecasting
- Champion a culture of experimental innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning workshops
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
