Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks for market entry and competitive positioning in emerging sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for alternative future states
- Produce actionable trend reports and executive briefings with quantified impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic foresight outcomes
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and market trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic impact from trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
