Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities and risks
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 deliverables
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast emerging disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Maintain a dynamic foresight repository and trend intelligence dashboard
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data storytelling aptitude
- Experience leading high-impact projects across tech, sustainability, or biotech domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) highly desirable
