Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation and market positioning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to incubate next-generation business models
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators to assess risk/opportunities in emerging markets
- Author annual Future State reports with quantitative and qualitative strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) or equivalent professional designation
