Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption and market positioning
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation priorities
- Author thought leadership content including white papers, keynote speeches, and industry reports
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and innovation partners
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embed future-thinking principles across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level keynotes
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, WFS) strongly preferred
