Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 product roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional sprints with AI, biotech, and sustainability teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging tech domains
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape regulatory landscapes
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of exponential technology forecasting
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Published research on human-machine symbiosis or climate adaptation
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
