- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level stakeholders on 3-5 year strategic pivots
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams
- Curate partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups in frontier domains
- Design governance frameworks for responsible deployment of autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums on sustainable futures and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology policy with proven 2020+ impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms or ethical tech frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic pivots implemented from foresight insights
- Security clearance eligibility for classified innovation projects
