Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of delivering future-oriented roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and trend extrapolation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFt, CFP) or equivalent practical experience
