Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready products and services
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align corporate vision with emerging paradigms
- Produce actionable whitepapers and trend reports for stakeholder decision-making
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with emerging technology pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams
