Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors through 2026
- Create strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' to prototype next-generation solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on scenario planning and risk mitigation for long-term trends
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable futures
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent methodology training
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural contexts
- Portfolio of published futurism work or strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex concepts
