Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for emerging tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and market disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented innovation initiatives with measurable impact
