Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026, integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale future-focused solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published research
